MEN'S MINISTRY: This team helps to organize fellowships and contact men weekly within in the ministry for prayer, concerns and support.
MISSIONS: Short-term mission teams that participate in projects around the world that are designed to introduce various aspects of foreign missions and missionaries to team members. These trips vary in length from 10 days to 3 weeks.
MOTHER'S BOARD: A group of seasoned women 65 and older who support the pastor's vision for the ministry in whatever area needed. This group is responsible for the setup, supplies for and service during the Communion service. The mother's board also assists in intercessory prayer and visits to sick and shut-in.
MUSIC MINISTRY: Various musicians who play during the worship services, special events and community activities.
OUTREACH: This team meets every Saturday for about 2 hours preparing sack lunches and coffee for the homeless and to pray for and with the homeless they encounter as they distribute the sack lunches, donuts, coffee, juice and personal items as available.
OVERCOMERS: These are the "care groups" for women and men who are dealing with alcoholic or chemical abuse.
PASTOR'S AID: This group sees to the care and financial support of the Pastor and First Lady.
PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM : This group is comprised of singers to help usher in the spirit of God by ministering in song during worship services, special events and community activities.
PRISONS: This ministry team visits local prisons, encouraging and witnessing to prisoners. They also minister to families through the Prison Fellowship's Angel Tree program at Christmas. Sports teams play prison teams and have opportunities to share together.
PUBLICATIONS: This team is charged with developing, analyzing and improving all written and visual communication that go out from V.T. They are experts in various areas of communications using all types of media and publication methods and design.
